Blue Berries





Blue berries contain a compound called polyphenols. This compound is also to be found in other dark colored fruits like black berries, dark grapes etc. This compound is reported to aid in good health by reducing heart disease risk, protecting against Alzheimer's, it is also good for arteries, blood vessels and brain cells.

Daily intake of one cup of blue berries is very good for brain cells, blood vessels and the heart.
